(Reuters photo)PHNOM PENH - Cambodia announced Saturday that a statement released a day earlier on the detection of the country's first Zika case in recent years was a "flaw". It said seven Zika case were detected in Cambodia between 2007 and 2010 but all those patients had recovered. Some countries have also reported a steep increase in Guillain-Barre syndrome -- a neurological disorder that could lead to paralysis and death -- for which the Zika virus is believed to be a trigger. The Zika virus is transmitted by Aedes aegypti mosquitoes.
